What exactly do you do for me?

Do I have to come up with content ideas?
No. That’s our job. We guide the content and help bring your business to life online. (You can always suggest ideas you have!)
Will my content feel personal to my business?
Yes. Everything is built around your business so your page feels real and not generic.
How do you learn about my business?
You will complete an intake form detailing everything about your business, and we will go over everything together on your onboarding call.

Do I need to send photos or videos?
You can, and it helps. But if you do not have content, we will still create posts using branded graphics and messaging.

Do I approve posts before they go live?
You will receive your content in advance with a deadline to review. If we do not hear back by that deadline, we move forward with scheduling to stay consistent.
What if I want changes?
You can request edits during the review period and we will adjust your content.
How do we communicate?

Why is there a setup fee?
This is the most important part of the process.

When is the setup fee paid?
The setup fee is paid when you get started, along with your first month.

Is there a contract?
We keep things simple with a month to month agreement. While there is no long term commitment, we do require a 30 day notice if you decide to cancel services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to your next billing cycle to cancel services. This allows us to properly wrap up your content and account.
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non refundable. Due to the time, strategy, and work that goes into your content and account setup, we do not offer refunds once services have begun.
What happens after I cancel?
Your services will continue through the end of your current billing period after your notice is submitted. After that, your account will be closed and no further charges will occur.
What happens after I sign up?

4. Your content starts within about 7 days.
Do I have to do anything after signing up?
Very little. We may ask for occasional content or updates, but we handle the rest.
